The Good Seeds House of Hope Sweepstakes is a federally compliant charitable fundraising initiative. All proceeds support the Good Seeds Housing & Restoration Fund, which invests in:
Affordable housing development and rehabilitation
Youth mentorship and leadership programs
Faith-based and family support services
Small business and community economic development
This sweepstakes is administered with strict compliance to applicable federal regulations, state charitable promotion laws, and independent third-party auditing standards.

On New Year’s Day, the secure Good Seeds Sweepstakes Portal will open for public entry.
Entry Structure:
$100 per entry.
Participants may obtain multiple entries (where allowed by law).
All entries are processed through a licensed, regulated, and independently audited charitable sweepstakes platform.
Each Entry Provides:
Real Impact – Your contribution funds verified Good Seeds housing, youth, and community programs.
Eligibility to Win – Each entry counts as one chance to receive a new home or $250,000 housing grant.

The winner will be selected on January 20, 2026, during the Good Seeds MLK Legacy Celebration, broadcast nationally.
Fairness & Oversight:
An independent, certified third-party sweepstakes administrator will conduct and verify the drawing.
Winner will be notified directly via phone and email.
The drawing follows all federal and state sweepstakes laws.

Following the drawing, UFGC will publish a full Impact & Transparency Report, including:
Detailed use of funds
Program outcomes
Verified financial allocations

Other approved housing expenses
All taxes, closing costs, and title-related fees will be addressed according to the Official Rules.
Winner will work directly with the Good Seeds Housing & Restoration Team to finalize grant disbursement or home selection.

Home purchase
Mortgage payoff
Essential rehabilitation or renovation
Other approved housing expenses

Microgrants and capacity-building services for minority-owned and community-based businesses.


To comply with federal and state sweepstakes law, the following applies:
Must be a legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older.
Each $100 entry equals one sweepstakes entry. Entries are non-refundable.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
A No-Purchase Necessary entry method will be available, as required by federal sweepstakes regulations.
The drawing will be conducted and audited by an independent, certified sweepstakes administrator.
Winner must complete eligibility verification, identity confirmation, and tax documentation (IRS Form 1099, if applicable).
