On Martin Luther King Jr. Day — January 20, 2026, one verified participant will receive a brand-new home or a $250,000 housing grant, symbolizing the dream of ownership, stability, and equality that Dr. King envisioned for all.

The Good Seeds House Entry for Hope is a charitable fundraising initiative that raises money for housing, youth development, and community programs through the Good Seeds Housing and Restoration Fund.
This event is powered by United Federal Grants Clearinghouse (UFGC), a national organization dedicated to advancing equitable funding access, faith-driven development, and measurable social impact.
When you buy a ticket, you are helping families find stability, supporting community restoration projects, and funding educational and mentorship programs across the country.
And yes — your ticket also gives you a chance to win your own home or $250,000 toward housing costs.

Join the Waitlist
Start by joining the official Good Seeds House Entry Waitlist. You will receive early access to entry information, launch announcements, and special updates before tickets go on sale.
Official Entry Opens January 1, 2026
On New Year’s Day, official ticket sales will open to the public through the secure Good Seeds Entry Portal.
Every ticket purchased counts as one official entry into the entry. Each entry represents both a chance to win and a direct contribution to verified Good Seeds housing and community initiatives.
Your ticket does three things:
Funds Real Impact: Proceeds go directly to the Good Seeds Housing and Restoration Fund, supporting housing construction, youth mentorship, and small business empowerment.
Enters You to Win: Every ticket purchased enters you for a chance to receive a new home or $250,000 housing grant.
Connects You to Change: Participants receive updates, stories, and reports showing how their contributions are transforming lives.
Tickets are $100 per entry, and participants may purchase multiple entries to increase their chances of winning. All tickets are processed through a licensed and regulated charitable entry platform for accountability and compliance.
MLK Day 2026 — The Live Home Giveaway
On January 20, 2026, during the Good Seeds MLK Legacy Celebration, one winner will be selected live in a nationally broadcast drawing.
The event will celebrate faith, community, and purpose in action, honoring Dr. King’s message of service and empowerment.
A certified third-party administrator will conduct and verify the drawing to ensure fairness and transparency. The winner will be notified directly and announced publicly during the live celebration.
After The Giveaway
The impact continues long after the home is awarded. After the drawing, UFGC will publish a comprehensive Impact and Transparency Report, showing exactly how Entry proceeds were used.
This report will include photos, videos, and testimonials from the families and programs funded by your generosity.
Your participation ensures that every seed planted continues to bear fruit — through homes built, youth mentored, and communities restored.

A brand-new home, move-in ready and funded through verified Good Seeds partnerships, or
A $250,000 housing grant, which may be used toward a home purchase, renovation, or mortgage balance, depending on eligibility.
All taxes, title transfers, and associated fees will be managed and covered as outlined in the Official Rules.
Winners will work directly with the Good Seeds Housing and Restoration team to finalize the property or grant distribution process.

Each ticket purchase equals one official entry.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
The entry will be conducted in accordance with all applicable state and federal charitable gaming laws.

Winners will be notified by phone and email and must comply with eligibility verification and tax documentation.
